This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Chiraiya Police Station Case No. 250 of 2016, G.R. No. 1224 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties and both the parties have sustained injuries. According to the F.I.R., no specific allegation of assault is attributed to these petitioners. Hence, the petitioners deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

No.7809 of 2017 (2) dt.22-02-2017 let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Chiraiya Police Station Case No. 250 of 2016, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
