The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411/413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Some other co-accused were apprehended along with stolen property and they disclosed the name of the petitioner as person who was about to purchase the stolen property. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49459 of 2016 (3) dt.17-01-2017 2/2 below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran/Successor Court in connection with Pipra Police Station Case No.227 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
