Petitioner happens to be a pillion rider carrying a bag wherefrom 25 bottles of Imperial Blue Whisky of 375 ml each and 1 bottle of Royal Stag of 375 ml and 1 can Beer have been seized while the motorcycle driver managed to escape. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 11.10.2016 having no criminal antecedent as per para 3 of the petition.

As such, petitioner Ruksid is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Bausi P.S. case no. 172 of 2016. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) rinkee/- U
