====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 567 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 376 and 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has false been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that the Complaint Case has been filed after a delay of sixteen days without any satisfactory explanation for the said delay. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20778 of 2023(2) dt.24-06-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Mothihari, East Champaran in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 567 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
