Misc. No. 15296 of 2015, for extending the period of surrender.

The petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail, on 25.06.2015, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear, within two weeks, before the Officer-in-Charge, Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S., in connection with Bettiah (Muffasil)) Police Station Case No. 465 of 2015, but the petitioner could not appear within the stipulated period. The order, dated 25.06.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15296 of 2015, is modified only to the extent that the period of appearance is extended by another two weeks from today.

The order, dated 25.06.2015, is modified to the extent as indicated above.
