JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One regular stengun containing six live cartridges is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does have some criminal antecedent but he is in jail custody since 09.01.2016 and having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

No doubt, earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected but taking note of the above stated facts as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
