During course of coming to village the informant was deprived of a bag by a motorcycle borne criminals containing 1.50 lacs, Pass-book, Aadhar Card, Pan Card etc. From the case diary, it is evident that the informant on his own began to explore and during course thereof, traced out the person who was pillion rider and who had snatched his bag as Gorakh Sharma, son of Balmiki Sharma, of village Old Durga Asthan, Gali No.4, P.S. Sultanganj, District Bhagalpur, who was arrested by the police and as is evident he made inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement implicating one Sumit Kumar as well as the petitioner. Nothing more remains.

No.18671 of 2020(3) dt.10-07-2020 2/2 That being so, irrespective of presence of criminal antecedent, the petitioner Lokesh Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. 1st, Bhagalpur in Sultanganj P.S.Case No. 294/2018.
