Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s). "a) Commanding the respondents to enquire into the matter by the independent agency or special investigation team after lodging F.I.R. about the role of the authority concerned in allowing in service, payment of salary and other consequence service benefit in favour of respondent No.12 to the post of Post Master of Songarwa Post Office, Gopalganj who enter into the service after playing fraud and suppression about same person, two date of birth, and two matriculation certificates date of birth 04.08.1949 Roll No. 0038 a regular candidate of Bhu. Zila School, Daltenganj from B.S.E.B secured third Division in the name of Shamrual Aalam in the year 1966 (S) and secured appointment letter on basis of fake matriculation certification with date of birth 08.02.1968, Roll No.
0785, Roll code- 09307 in the year 1990 with first division marks from Maya Chhota High School Uchakagaon, Gopalganj under BSEB, Patna and also role of respondent no.12 getting appointment letter after making fraud resulting loss of Public money and cause to wrongful gain of R. No. 12 in continuing as Post Master in Songarwa Post Office, Gopalganj after appointment in the year 1998. b) Also commanding respondents to recover salary and monitory benefit paid to the R.No. 12 on the basis of matriculation certificate in the year 1990 with DOB 08.02.1968, Roll No. 0785, Roll Code09307 with Maya Chhata High School Uchakagaon with first division from B.S.E.B, Patna after suppressing actual date of birth 04.08.1049 passed in the year 1966 with Roll No. 0038 securing 3rd division in the name of Shamsul Aalam from Zila Daltenganj undr B.S.E.B.
Patna in order to compensate of loss Public money.
c) Also commanding respondents to take appropriate action against the erring respondents who failed to discharge their duty in payment of salary to Post Master in favour to that the R. No. 12 and not taking departmental criminal against R.No. 10.
d) And also for necessary action order/orders/ direction for which petitioner entitle in eye of law as well as facts of the case."
