JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2017 The petitioner and the opposite party no.2 both are present physically with their learned counsels. The petitioner is ready to keep the opposite party no.2 as his wife with honour and dignity. The opposite party no.2 is also ready to live with the petitioner peacefully with her children. The petitioner will go to his in-laws house to bring back the opposite party no.2 and the children within eight days and in case the petitioner and the opposite party no.2 appear before the learned court below and state that they are living happily then the petitioner, in case of his surrender within four weeks shall be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4632 of 2017 (6) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below (S.D.J.M. Masaurhi) in connection with Punpun P.S. Case No. 260 of 2016 and thereafter the court below will assess their conduct for three months and if it is found satisfactory then the bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed, failing which the bail granted to the petitioner shall be deemed to be cancelled.
Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous is hereby disposed of.
