2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that his land has been acquired for Special Railway Project, i.e. DFCC (Dedicated Freight Corporation Corridor) and by virtue of the present writ petition, the petitioner wants enhancement of compensation amount.

3. Counsel for the State submits that remedies available to the petitioner under Section 20 (F)(6) of the Indian Railway Act, 1989 is to file application before Arbitrator within

Patna High Court CWJC No.1183 of 2016(2) dt.27-09-2023 2/2 four weeks from today along with the copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
