JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i). To issue an appropriate writ/writs and/or direction/directions to the Respondents to release Rs. 1,20,000/- with applicable interest till the date of payment as this amount has not been paid to the petitioner;
(ii). To issue direction/directions to the Respondents specially the District Magistrate,
Patna High Court CWJC No.5379 of 2024(2) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 Nalanda to act upon the direction given by Labour Superintendent, Nalanda at Biharshariff."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
