====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 448, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Witch Craft Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of the occurrence, all the accused persons, including these petitioners, assaulted the informant and his family members due to which informant and his brother sustained injuries.

4. It is submitted that doctor has found the injuries to be simple in nature. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Considering the simple nature of injuries, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Dumaria P. S. Case No. 86 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
