JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he got a Government job for the post of Krishi Samanwak on the basis of forged marksheet.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. He has been made accused due to mistake of fact. Petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.10,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that petitioner shall deposit Rs. 10,000/- in the court below which shall be subject to the final disposal of the case.

Case no. 120 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
