Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bidpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act . Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.1.2020 on the accusation that he was caught raid handed when he along with others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Admittedly, one mobile phone is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Case No. 11/2020.
