No. 6585 of 2017, this application, filed against the order dated 08.03.2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Patna in Cr. Revision No. 338 of 2016 whereby the revision filed by the petitioner was allowed and the order dated 27.04.2016 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Complaint Case No. 2567(C) of 2015 was set aside and the matter was remitted back to the court below in order to pass fresh order after hearing the parties, has become infructuous.
