Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.951 of 2013 dt.11-02-2015 2/2 directed vide letter no. 109 dated 02.03.2013 (Annexure-8) by Respondent no. 3.

II. For recovery of the file and document from possession of respondent no. 6 which has been removed by the Respondent no. 6 (Ramdeo Ram) from the office of Inspector, of the offices of Registration Koshi Division, Saharsa.

III. For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to delete the prayer made in para 1-II of the present application in order to file an appropriate civil writ application in that regard. Leave is granted.

So far as the prayer made in paragraph 1/1 is concerned, since the police have already instituted Saharsa P.S. Case No. 17 of 2014 dated 04.01.2014 under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code pursuant to the letter as contained in Annexure-8 to this application, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. In that view of the matter, this application is disposed of as infructuous.
