The petitioner is in custody in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 457 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-b) a, 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits allegation against his petitioner is that he was involved in conspiracy in the murder case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2019.

Considering the fact that there is no overt act alleged against this petitioner and petitioner has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with
