From perusal of the order sheet it appears that earlier order of stay was granted and thereafter on 25.6.2015 there was non appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Again on 30.7.2015 on the prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner the case was

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed due to non prosecution.
