Petitioners seek bail in Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.280 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) Section 30-a, b, c, 38, 41(a), (b) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that total 397.440 litres foreign liquor has been recovered from the vehicle. Petitioner No.1 is said to be Driver and petitioner No.2 is said to be sitting in the car. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no concern with the aforesaid liquor.

Petitioners are in custody since 12.09.2018.

Petitioners have clean antecedents.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.280 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioners. (Sanjay Priya, J) JA/- U T
