Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2019 and seeks bail in connection with Parsa P. S. Case No.267 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304(B)/ 34 of the I.P.C.

Petitioner happens to be Dewar of deceased and no specific overt act has been attributed against him. Moreover, the other in-laws are said to have granted anticipatory bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20098 of 2020(2) dt.15-07-2020 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P. S. Case No.267 of 2019.
