Case No.500 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Apprehending their arrest, the petitioners filed ABP No.858 of 2012 before the Sessions Judge, Camp- Supaul. The same was rejected on 26.02.2013. Hence, this application for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr. P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The allegation against the petitioners is referable to Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 506, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is stated that the complainant and the petitioners are close relatives and false complaint was made on account of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18522 of 2013 (4) dt.09-04-2015 2/2 certain dispute between them. It was not even alleged that the petitioners have caused any injury to the complainant. Therefore, the application is allowed. It is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Supaul P. S. Case No.500 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
