Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(i)(x) of the S. C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by order dated 23.06.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 5029 of 2015. After three months, petitioner has again moved for grant of anticipatory bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Saketpur P.S. Case No. 48 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42046 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 Darbhanga. His prayer for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, rejected.
