2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 108 of 2022 arising out of Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021 registered on 18.05.2021 lodged under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the I.P.C. which has been rejected vide order dated 28.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No.8923 of 2022.

3. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2021.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes to prayer for bail.

5. From the fresh progress report it transpires that trial is likely to be concluded in a short period of 6 months, as such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25841 of 2023(5) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 connection with S.T. No. 108 of 2022 arising out of Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021 pending before the Court of Additional District and Sessions Judge-Vth, Begusarai..

6. With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
