Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 354(A)(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in brief, is that on the date of occurrence, the petitioners came and started to use filthy language. It is also alleged that accused persons assaulted the informant with Khuta.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64463 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. Both parties are agnates. The alleged occurrence is said to have been taken place due to property dispute. The petitioner No. 1 is 75 years old.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, District-Begusarai in connection with Cheriyakbariyarpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
