JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 323, 504, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner only passed information to the complainant to approach the accused no.1 to purchase the land. Later on, after executing the sale deed, he came to know that Dhawani Agrawal the Vender is not the real owner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that except the allegation that he communicated the informant to approach the accused no.1 to purchase the land, there is no other material against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5408 of 2017 (2) dt.06-02-2017 2/2 the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.28 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
