Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No.15 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have taken out huge amount by using the debit card of the informant. In his defence, he has stated that there is family dispute between the informant and the petitioner and he has not withdrawn the aforesaid amount.

Prima facie, after going through the materials on record, this Court is of the opinion that this is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30234 of 2021(2) dt.04-03-2022 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner who has misused ATM card of the informant and taken out money from the account of the informant.

Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
