JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 02-05-2017 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the Petitioner. It has been submitted that due to inadvertence in 2nd paragraph of the order dated 22.03.2017, by which the petitioner was granted bail, sections have wrongly been mentioned as „323, 379, 427, 504, and 534 of the Indian Penal Code‟ in place of "Sections 354 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012".

In view of such, 2nd paragraph of the order dated 22.03.2017 is modified to the extent that in place of „sections 323, 379, 427, 504, and 534 Indian Penal Code‟, it should be read as "sections 354 and 509 Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act, 2012".

Let this order be communicated to the Special Judge-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12197 of 2017 (3) dt.02-05-2017 2/2 cum-Additional District Judge-1, Samastipur, in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 273 of 2016.
