2. This application is filed for issuance of appropriate direction to the respondents to complete the investigation of Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 864/2024 in proper manner and within reasonable time of three months as ruled by the Apex Court and further take legal action against the accused persons and put them to face criminal justice system.

3. The S.H.O., Rupaspur Police Station and Investigation Officer of the case have appeared physically.

4. It has been informed by learned counsel for the State and both the Officers that the girl will be traced and she will be recovered shortly. The Police is doing his duty.
