This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 323, 313, 314, 354, 354A, 380, 384, 406, 420, 432, 467, 468, 471, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The parties are agnates. For land dispute, allegation is that the petitioner committed theft and assault as well as attempted to outrage the modesty of the informant. Further, allegation is of creation of forged document.

Submission of the petitioner is that other criminal cases are also going on between the parties for similar dispute.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees
