JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but he was arrested in course of investigation and was put on Test Identification Parade. The driver of the concerned vehicle identified the petitioner. Petitioner does have criminal antecedent of five cases.

Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46018 of 2016 (3) dt.05-12-2016 2/2 bail in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 154 of 2015 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna stands rejected.
