NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 15-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Petitioners were granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 45018 of 2015 vide order dated 24.02.2016 in connection with Dhamdaha P. S. Case No. 18 of 2014. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners could not surrender and furnish bail bonds within the time granted under the said order and as such prays for extension of time for furnishing bail bonds.

Under such circumstances, the time granted under order 24.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45018 of 2015 for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12568 of 2017 (2) dt.15-03-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bonds is extended by further four weeks from today and the said order is modified to the extent indicated above. This modification application is accordingly, allowed. (Nilu Agrawal, J) Sudha/- U T
