JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 21.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barh P. S. case no. 327/2013 registered under sections 270, 276 of the IPC and section 27 (b) (ii), 28A of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

It is alleged that co-accused Avnish Kumar has was running a medical shop using pharmacist licence of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2830 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2015 of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in Barh P. S. case no. 327/2013 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
