2. This writ petition has been filed for directing the concerned respondent to regularize the petitioner under IVth Grade, who has been uninterruptedly working as Gardener since 2018.
3. In view of nature of grievance, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the concerned respondent within a period of six weeks from today.

4. If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent shall examine the same and pass a reasoned & speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of filing of such representation.
