Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 72 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 10 liters of Mahua Wine was seized.

Learned counsel submits that petitioner is Rickshaw puller and he has no concern with the alleged recovery of liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 23.12.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal
