2. This application has been filed under Section 482 of the CrPC for quashing an order dated 15.11.2021 passed in Pusa P.S. Case No. 77 of 2020 by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II cum Special Excise Act, Samastipur, whereby charge has been framed against the petitioner of commission of offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

4. After having perused the materials on record, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order framing charge against the petitioner. However, in the light of submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner, this application is disposed of with an observation that let the court below make earnest endeavor to ensure that the trial is expedited.
