This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Chowk P.S. Case No.430 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the F.I.R., the deceased was killed by unknown persons.

During investigation, it has come that the deceased sustained fire arm injury. The name of the petitioner has come in the self inculpatory statement of co-accused Rohit Kumar and Sparsh Kumar. It has also come during investigation that the deceased was killed because of dispute over manufacture and sale of liquor. The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2024.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
