Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. (Gurpa O.P.)Case No. 235 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 272, 273, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 50 liters mahua liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.09.2018.

Case No. 235 of 2018.
