Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 25 (I-b)a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.
One country made katta and three cartridges were recovered from a bag which was being carried by the petitioner at the time of alleged occurrence.
It would appear from the impugned order that in course of investigation, motorcycle, on which the petitioner and co- accused were going, was found to be stolen property. Investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a very meritorious student and, as a matter of fact, he does not have any concern with seized motorcycle and so far as recovery of arms and cartridges are concerned, same is nothing but only highhandedness of the police.
