No. 7432 of 2014, contents whereof is quoted hereinbelow : "2 01.05.2014 We have heard counsel for the petitioner and the State.
In this Public Interest Litigation, the grievance is with regard to the failure to construct a public road by the Road Construction Department of the State Government. The matter is referred to the Principal Secretary,
Patna High Court MJC No.4477 of 2014 dt.19-01-2015 2/2 Road Construction Department as the petitioner alleges that the construction of the road remains pending since the year 2006.
The application is disposed."
