Learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that proceeding initiated under SARFAESI Act, 2002 as against the petitioner stands withdrawn and therefore, the grievances raised by the petitioner stands already redressed. In support of the said fact, he placed a copy of the letter dated 10.04.2023, which is taken on record.
