2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, as Nagar Parishad Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated document(s).
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was appointed, as Nagar Parishad Teacher, after investigation of all her educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the fact that petitioner has already resigned, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P. S. Case No. 712 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
