2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4), 111 of the BNS, 2023 and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have committed loot in the shop of the informant at gun point.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
