The petitioner is accused in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2010, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 386, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 Explosive Substance Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather in course of investigation the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused, Arbind Kumar, except that there is nothing against the petitioner showing his involvement in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3863 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 the present case. Further submission is that while petitioner is accused in one another case, in which, he is on bail and in the present case, he is in custody since 08.02.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2010. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
