====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.
Petitioners are in custody since 31.12.2019 and seeks bail in connection with Raniganj P. S. Case No.410 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/ 34 of the I.P.C.
Petitioners are said to be order giver and prosecution case itself speaks that the petitioners are not the assailant of the deceased. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Sukdeo Yadav has already been granted privilege of bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20328 of 2020(2) dt.16-07-2020 2/2 dated 24.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.7231 of 2020. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria/ concerned Court in connection with Raniganj P. S. Case No.410 of 2019. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) vikash/- U T
