Petitioner already in custody in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No.66 of 2016 is an accused in a case registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant's minor daughter was enticed away by two named accused persons including the petitioner for the purpose of marriage and received also a call from mobile relating to kidnapping of the victim. It is submitted that there is no material against this petitioner rather it was Amit Choudhary who has eloped with the girl and this petitioner has surrendered after getting the knowledge of the case lodged against him and has been in custody since 01.06.2016. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Ajay Choudhary @ Ajay Kumar Choudhary be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No.66 of 2016.
