This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of C.A. No. 500 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act. Learned counsel for the parties has submitted that the parties have settled their dispute by process of mediation vide Mediation Proceeding No. 297 of 2017 before the Patna High Court Mediation & Reconciliation Centre, Patna.
