====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 20-02-2019 On the earlier occasion, vide order dated 30.01.2019, this Court has called for a status report of Sessions Trial No.645 of 2015 arising out of Buddhuchak P.S. Case No.10 of 2015 from the court of Special Judge-cum-1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur.. The said report, kept at flag 'A', has been received from the trial court wherein it has been reported that out of nine prosecution witnesses, six witnesses have already been examined and rest three witnesses are yet to be examined. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the last witness was examined on 24.08.2017 and, thereafter, no witness has been examined by the prosecution.

In such view of the matter, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur is directed to ensure the production of the rest three witnesses within a period of three months from the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67088 of 2018(3) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 date of receipt/production of a copy of this order for early conclusion of the trial.

Let this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur for needful. The Trial Court is equally directed to complete the trial within a period of six months, if rest witnesses are examined by the prosecution within the aforesaid period.
