2. The petitioner seek anticipatory bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 628 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the F.I.R., the petitioner is said to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased died in an accident and this false prosecution case was made out by the informant.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23313 of 2024(4) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 within six weeks from today, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Sikarhana at Dhaka/ concerned court in connection with Ghorasahan Police Station Case No. 628/2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
