In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 06 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 323, 341, 307, 366, 511, 452 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation has been made against the petitioner that the petitioner has opened fire on the informant which hit on her right wrist.

There is direct allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2016. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43379 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 2/2 for bail is rejected.

However, the petitioner is given liberty that he may renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year judicial custody.
