Patna High Court MJC No.841 of 2023(5) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 19-09-2024 In this case, a modification petition has been filed to modify the name of the petitioner no.1 in the order dated 02.08.2017 passed in MJC No. 323 of 2016.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Sanjay Kumar Verma has been incorporated as Sanjeev Kumar Verma and has filed the document to support the same. Similarly, according to him the other two brothers are Rajiv Kumar Sinha and Sanjiv Kumar Sinha instead of Rajeev Kumar Sinha and Sanjeev Kumar Sinha.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, the necessary correction be made in the order dated 02.08.2017 in MJC No. 323 of 2016 as follows:

(i) Sanjay Kumar Verma.

(ii) Sanjiv Kumar Sinha.

(iii) Rajiv Kumar Sinha.

4. This modification is subject to payment of Rs. 2000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
